A launchpad concept for the Europace FinAdvisor Suite, a modular B2B platform for mortgage and financing advisors. The solution helps users understand the connected product ecosystem, quickly continue active cases, and find the most relevant application or next step in their workflow.

Design Approach
Designed two tailored launchpad experiences for first-time and returning users. New users are introduced to the suite through a connected financing journey and task-based quick actions, while returning users receive activity summaries, shortcuts to active cases, and personalised recommendations. A consistent application catalogue keeps navigation familiar across both scenarios.
Project Goal
Reimagined the platform entry point to replace a basic module directory with a clear, workflow-oriented experience. The concept helps professional advisors understand how individual applications work together, reach relevant tasks faster, and discover additional tools based on their role and current financing process. Success criteria and testable hypotheses were defined to support further validation.
